DWD Technologies Group is a company that strives to satisfy the drilling, engineering and manufacturing requirements of all our clients. We use state of the art technologies, equipment and innovative techniques. Our objective is to enhance DWD’s position as the leading drilling and engineering provider to our Botswana partners with the long-term goal to expand our business into Africa. 

As the trusted partner of choice, our business model is characterized by cutting-edge technology, innovative solutions and tailer made designs. We couple this with a flexible and supportive logistic chain. We aim to partner with each client during every project to ensure that all the client’s requirements, from the planning phase to the actual execution phase, is fulfilled to the highest of standards.

DWD TECHNOLOGIES GROUP (PTY) LTD management is committed to demonstrating leadership and responsibility towards Quality management and adopted a continuous approach of identifying, assessing, monitoring and prioritizing the Quality impacts by ensuring that all operations and projects are conducted within the frame work of the ISO 9001:2015 Standard. The policy have been developed with the understanding the needs and expectations of our Business strategy direction and in line with our Context of Business Management. Also comply with all Statutory and regulatory requirements to ensure a sustainable work environment for all the employees and all interest parties.

Our customers demand and warrant a high-quality product and it is our responsibility to deliver on expectation in order to retain our customer base. If customer requirements are unclear, we will to seek out a better understanding of their requirements/specifications. If we fail at any time, we will determine the cause and prevent reoccurrence.

OBJECTIVES

Our quality objectives are to furnish high quality products, on time, and at the best price. The attainment of such objectives will lead to, customer satisfaction, enhanced manufacturing performance at the application level, and ongoing improvements in process efficiency, and based on the S.M.A.R.T. principles. Once an objective is achieved, it should be recognized and reset to stimulate further quality improvement. To reach our objectives, we will maintain a constant focus on quality with full dedication, commitment, and teamwork and will be reviewed on a regular bases guided by our business strategy.

VISION

Our aim is Quality Management and to fully satisfy our customer requirements through a process of continual improvement.It's critical to understand that Quality Management is not a short term program. It's a long-term commitment aimed at continuously improving the way we work, providing a safe work environment, managing our business processes, and supplier selection/retention. It is our goal to position our company for market expansion, thereby providing improved job security and quality of life for all.

 

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

The Quality management system is based on the concept of continuous improvement. We improve our performance constantly by designing and adapting processes, work practices and systems in the direction of better performance standards. We base our improvement on the monitoring of Quality performance analysis to better our Quality standards.

QUALITY FIRST

It must be clearly understood that we'll not allow quality to take second place behind cost or schedule. All employees have the right to question their supervisor's decisions or actions if they feel that quality is being compromised.
