DWD Engineering is the engineering arm within DWD Technologies Group with a long history of supporting the mining and drilling industries in Botswana and Sub-Saharan Africa. 

 

The current main engineering facility was constructed in 2011 with the emphasis on manufacturing drill rigs, but with growth and the demand to offer clients various engineering solutions, inspired the transition into providing a variety of heavy engineering solutions like heavy steel structural manufacturing, manufacturing of trailers, tankers, mining plants, mining equipment, mine rescue and hoisting equipment to clients.

 

The Company has full hydraulic and pneumatic capabilities including the manufacturing and repairing of hydraulic cylinders and pneumatic vessels.

 

To support this growth towards providing engineering solutions to clients, we received our ISO 9001:2015 certification in 2016, which we successfully retained after our first surveillance audit in April 2017.
